FULL - Big Marsh Bird Walk

Come experience spring migration at one of Chicago's most successful restoration projects. The entire trail system at Big Marsh Park is now open, allowing access to the entirety of the park. Shorebirds, songbirds, marsh birds and more!
This is a joint Evanston North Shore Bird Club and Chicago Ornithology Society trip.

Accessibility:
Walking will be on paved paths; we'll make an approximately 1.5-mile loop.

Weather/Attire/Other:
Sturdy boots or walking shoes are recommended. Dress for the weather; hats are highly encouraged.

Location and Transportation:
Meet at the Ford Calumet Environmental Center in Big Marsh Park.

COVID:
In order to attend you must be FULLY VACCINATED. Please bring a face mask with you. You may be asked to wear it as needed by the trip leader.
